Soldiers' adjusted compensation bill. Address of the President of the United States delivered before the Senate on July 12, 1921, relative to the bill (S. 506) "To provide adjusted compensation for veterans of the world war, and for other purposes", together with letters from the secretary of the Treasury submitting statements indicating what financial obligation would be placed upon the government, and the effect upon the Treasury of the United States, if the measure were enacted into law; also the bill as reported to the Senate and the report of the Senate Committee on finance thereon.
