- Summary
- Agatha and Grace, career secretaries in their forties, and Erika and Jessica, entry-level assistants in their twenties, gather in the break room of their office for a Heart Talk: an emotional tribunal designed to record and report evidence of sexual harassment by the male bosses. Erika, meanwhile, is having an affair with Solomon, the oldest of the bosses. When one of the partners, Xavier, is dismissed as a result of the Heart Talks, only Erika knows he has been wrongly accused. Agatha and the others are pleased with their ability to affect change in the company. Then the new boss arrives, a younger woman with new ideas on how to run the office. Will the changes leave them better or worse off?
