  • The test model of "Kriterien zur Entwicklung, Evaluation und Fortschreibung von Schulprogrammen -- KES" (--Criteria for development, evaluation and updating of school programs) is a program element of Sachsen-Anhalt's BLK program, "Qualitätsverbesserung in Schulen und Schulsystemen" (QuiSS)" (--Quality improvement in schools and school systems). It was developed by the Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung and financed by Sachsen-Anhalt. The test model ran from November 1, 1999 until June 30, 2004.
