"The project Sexual and Gender Minorities at Work is one of 37 EQUAL Development Partnerships launched in Finland in the spring of 2002. The project was designed to explore the situations of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people in the labour market. In this work, research played a substantial role. The report at hand is based on the research data accumulated during the project. It marks the first systematic analysis of a more extensive scope on the status of sexual minorities and trans people in the labour market in Finland"--Forword.
