Biography (note)
  • The Kenya Oral History Centre (KOHC) was founded in August 2003 by Caroline Elkins, Professor of history at Harvard University, and John Nottingham, former British colonial officer and Kenyan historian and citizen. The project is aimed at the collection of life histories of Kenyans of various ethnic groups who lived through the colonial experience.

  • Mostly in Kikuyu, with English subtitles. The accompanying book contains and English translation of the original interview transcripts in Kikuyu.
