Les inscriptions latines, découvertes sur des points situés dans le trapèze Sebta-Tanger-Sala-Volubilis, minuscule territoire du sol marocain, anciennement administré par Rome, sont restées, depuis leur mise au jour le siècle dernier, sans aucune traduction. Leur traduction en arabe, langue de l'enseignement de l'Histoire au Maroc, permettra aux chercheurs et étudiants, non seulement de percer le secret de leur contenu, mais aussi d'y trouver une arabisation des termes techniques. -- Back cover.
