- Summary
- Presents a description of 227 sites of Nazi mass murder throughout Lithuania, organized by region, and within each region by districts and major cities. The victims were mainly Jews, and in some cases POWs and other targeted groups. Each entry contains a map of the location and information on the mass murders perpetrated there, including information on the perpetrators, the victims and their number, and information on the memorial monuments. In many cases, historical documents are quoted. Pp. 6-11 contain an introductory note on the perpetrators of the Holocaust in Lithuania.
