- Analysis of the 6th OAS Council Meeting of Consultation of Ministers of Foreign Affairs held in San José, Costa Rica, August 16-21, 1960. The meeting was requested by Venezuela to consider acts of intervention and aggression by the Government of the Dominican Republic against the Government of Venezuela after the attempted assassination of the Venezuelan President. Also addresses the subsequent intervention of the Inter-American Peace Committee occurring 1948-1962.
