- Hearings on S. 2608: to provide for the comprehensive control of narcotic addiction and drug abuse, and for other purposes, [and] S. 1816: to authorize the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to make grants for treatment and rehabilitation centers for drug addicts and drug abusers, and to carry out drug abuse education curriculum programs, and to strengthen the coordination of drug abuse control programs by establishing the National Council on Drug Abuse Control and related bills.
