Summary
The Seattle-Denver Income Maintenance Experiment was conducted from 1970-1976 by Stanford Research Institute (SRI) and Mathematics Policy Research (MPR), under a contract with the U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. The Gary Income Maintenance Experiment was conducted from 1971-1974 by Indiana University and Mathematics Policy Research (MPR), under a contract with the U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. The Institute for Research on Poverty (IRP) and Mathematics Policy Research (MPR) conducted the New Jersey Income Maintenance Experiment in Trenton, Paterson, Passaic, and Jersey City, New Jersey, and Scranton, Pennsylvania, from 1968-1972, under a contract with the Office of Economic Opportunity, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
