  • Robert Zarate is a Research Fellow at the Nonproliferation Policy Education Center, a nonprofit organization in Washington, DC which was founded in 1994, to promote a better understanding of strategic weapons proliferation issues. Henry Sokolski is the organization's Executive Director. Alain C. Enthoven is the Marriner S. Eccles Professor of Public and Private Management, Emeritus, at Stanford University, and a core faculty member at Stanford's Center for Health Policy and Center for Primary Care and Outcomes Research. Stephen J. Lukasik is a Distinguished Senior Research Fellow at the Center for International Strategy, Technology, and Policy, at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Andrew W. Marshall is the founder of hte Office of Net Assessment in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and has served as its Director since 1973. Richard Perle is Resident Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research in Washington, DC. Henry S. Rowan is a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution, a professor of public policy and management emeritus at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, and a member of Stanford University's Asia/Pacific Research Center.
