Summary
The fact that the fight against Hitler's Germany was not only courageous, but often also great entertainment, can be heard here for the first time in speeches, songs, radio plays and cabaret shows, in which many writers and artists participated. Also broadcast and well-received were the greetings of German prisoners of war, who risked their lives in making them. Completely forgotten are also the so-called "ghost voices" from Moscow, which were sent on the same frequency as the German news and accompanied them with comments. Hans Sarkowicz introduces us to the world of Allied propaganda.
