- Der Katalog Lübeck sammelt zeigt die Sammlungsschätze einer ganzen Stadt: Kostbare Werke von Privatsammlern werden ergänzt durch Kunst aus dem Depot der Lübecker Kunsthalle, die teils noch nie zu sehen war. Die Publikation zeichnet die Zeit von der Nachkriegsmoderne bis in die Gegenwart nach und vereint zwei sehr unterschiedliche Sammlungstypen: zum einen den der öffentlichen Museumssammlung, zum anderen den der sehr subjektiven Privatsammlung. Während bei der öffentlichen Sammlung mit gesellschaftlichem Auftrag ein möglichst breit gefächerter Überblick über Kunstströmungen und -entwicklungen einer bestimmten Zeit oder Region bewahrt wird, ist die Privatsammlung geprägt vom Geschmack des jeweiligen Sammlers.00Exhibition: Kunsthalle St. Annen, Lübeck, Germany (05.02.-21.05.2017).
