Summary
In 1832, the Creek Nation signed a treaty agreeing to cede Creek lands east of the Mississippi River and remove to lands west of the Mississippi. By 1836, most of the Nation had moved west. This ration book lists names of a small band of Creek Indians who were issued supplies while they were encamped in Tennessee ready to move west.
