- Information was collected by the author for the 50th anniversary of the Thomas Ward.
- Thomas Horton Williams (b. 1894) was born in Greenville, Utah. His wife was Rita Myrle Davies. He was a descendant of David Williams (1790-1831) and Margaret Edwards (1787-1833) of Carmarthens, Wales. Their son, David Edward Williams and his wife, Margaret Reese joined the Mormon Church and immigrated from England to Utah where they both died.
- Covers some history of the Salmon river valley in Idaho as well as the history of many pioneer families of the area.
