Summary
Report on social research into the validity of using the same aptitude tests for predicting job success with heterogeneous groups of people in the USA - presents the results of 5 case studies using large numbers of White americans and of subjects of the Black and Mexican minority groups in differing occupations, and finds that tests which are useful in predicting job success for one ethnic group are not always useful for other ethnic groups.
