Summary
Edward Clare, the PM of England, has a problem. The public that ushered him into a landslide electoral victory five years ago has now turned against him. He decides to dress in drag and travel across the country as Edwina St. Clare in an effort to reach the people on the street. He enlists Jack Spratt, the constable that guards Number 10, the PM's mansion, to accompany him on his travels.
