- Summary
- Wallraff assumed the identity of a Turkish migrant workker. Ganz Untent [aka Lowest of the Low] describes his two-year undercover experiment in West Germany, in which he accepts various jobs as an unqualified worker, including work as a farmhand, a McDonald’s fast food worker, and an emergency response worker in a nuclear power plant. Wallraff concludes his undercover experiment after two years as a result of the physical strain and health problems the various jobs caused him.
