- Summary
- Retrospective exhibition dedicated to figurative artist Rojas, and his more than 30 years of artistic trajectory. Rojas influenced by conceptual, symbolic and political aspects, explores in different media, topics like: marginality, sexual differences, social displacement and recently the violence associated to drug trafficking. The catalogue includes details on his mystic series of the "Teatro Faenza"; the series "David", comprising 12 black and white photographs of a naked and mutilated soldier that recall Renaissance artist Michelangelo famous statue and many other art pieces that included photographs, prints and paintings. Includes texts by: Víctor Manuel Rodríguez, Santiago Rueda Fajardo, Miguel González, Raúl Cristancho, Jaime Cerón and Natalia Gutiérrez.
