Summary
Photographer Roberto Wolfenson (b. Brazil 1948) second books. Wild birds from the interior of Mato Grosso, slot machines in a hall of Belo Horizonte, Sao Paulo guns are some of the "models "of Bob Wolfenson . Records from different objects (and animals) seized by police in different regions of the country, the photographs themselves reveal whether a certain seizures of Brazilian reality. But more than criticism or praise the actions of the state, the works gathered here to dialogue with the very act of photographing. In images that resemble still lifes, the photographer paulistano makes clear a central foundation of the art of capturing images. As evidenced by the filmmaker Carlos Nader text presentation of the volume, "Wolfenson reminds us that photography itself is in essence also a concern, a catch." .
