- Summary
- Khojazada Muslih al-Din al-Mustafa (838/1434-893/1488) was one of the most prominent Ottoman scholars and the author of a Tahafut which is a trial on al-Ghazzali's Tahafut al-Falasifa and Ibn Rushd's Tahafut Tahafut al-Falasifa. He was born in Bursa which was the first capital city of Ottoman State and became the teacher of Sultan Mehmed II for a while, and finally died and buried in Bursa. This symposium aims to discuss Khojazada from his different aspects with contributions of eminent scholars from different countries.
