- The SCL2110 project by architect Rodrigo Tisi opens a dialogue about how cities should develop during the next 100 years. The project includes the active participation of art, architecture, and performance to revitalize the city through a combination of safekeeping the past while transforming for the future. "Within the framework of the celebration of our home Bicentennial and of the Architecture Biennial of Santiago, which this year has the reconstruction as a central theme, Tisi dares to anticipate the third millennium. He does it by promoting various projects of intervention public of spaces in Santiago and Valparaiso, assigned to international experts of excellence. These actions intend to develop a city with large civic participation, conforming urban icons that convene those who inhabit and seduce their visitors and tourists. In these there is value and contributions to Chile's image through exercises of urbanism that imply advancements towards the city of the future"--P. 15.
