- Summary
- Nasan Tur's performance interventions, video works and installations investigate in a subtle and humorous way real environments and social frameworks: in his artistic experiments, his focus is on patterns of behaviour, the viewer becomes an active participant and the ability of the individual, as opposed to the collective, to make decisions is examined. Nasan Tur often uses a hint of irony when revealing irritations, flaws and the subconscious, thus expanding the world of our imagination. A specially created video installation, which also incorporates the public urban space, is the focal point of the exhibition in the Kunsthalle Mannheim.
