Summary
Presentation of the winning architectural projects of the 9th National Contest of Architectural Quality. This is an event that honors high quality computer designs and architectural plans that allow a more comprehensive visual understanding of the project and whose official permits is still in process. The constructed buildings will be recognized in the Biennales. Some winners included: Architectural firm 51-1 Arquitectos ( Manuel de Rivero Ruiz, César Becerra Bragagnini and Fernando Puente Arnao) won first prize for the Unifamiliar Housing category for their project "Casa Pachamanca", for chef Gastón Acurio. Studio Llosa Cortegana Arquitectos (Patricia Llosa and Rodolfo Cortegana) won first prize in Social Services Sector with "Edificio de Servicios Estudiantiles" of the Universidad Católica del Perú. Also prized was Argentinean architect Oscar González Moix for his comercial projects. Architect Aldo Lértora Carrera, participated with two projects in the category Restoration of Historic Monuments and Downtowns with the restoration of the School Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe and the Hospice Ruiz Dávila.
