Summary

History of the Mexican railroad stations, now considered historical and artistic monuments. The accompanying CD comprises a catalogue of almost 490 railroad stations (now restored and made into museums, libraries or cultural spaces) rescued after a general census that documented the conditions and locations of stations through a detailed inventory that includes the type of construction, conservation status, and other historical and architectonic characteristics.
