- This Northern Ireland Volume includes around 1,600 paintings from the collection managed by the award-winning National Museums Northern Ireland. National Museums Northern Ireland's art collection is held at their four museums: Armagh County Museum, Ulster American Folk Park, Ulster Folk & Transport Museum and Ulster Museum, Belfast. The collection is rich in local, national and internationally-renowned artists from the eighteenth century to the present day, including a comprehensive collection of the work of Sir John Lavery and paintings by Thomas Lawrence, Sir William Orpen, Walter Sickert, Le Brocquay, Andrew Nicholl, Hugh Frazer, Hans Iten, Rita Duffy, Basil Blackshaw, John Luke, T.P. Flanaghan, William Conor and many more local contemporary artists.
