Summary
Tí' is het resultaat van een reis die portretfotograaf Koos Breukel en kunstenaar Roy Villevoye maakten naar Tí, een afgelegen dorpje in de binnenlanden van Nieuw Guinea waar het Asmat volk leeft. Villevoye en Breukel fotografeerden, elk op geheel eigen wijze, alle inwoners van Tí (zo'n 150 in getal). Villevoye plaatst de mensen in hun eigen landschap, buiten, eigenlijk zonder aanwijzingen. Breukel maakt gebruik van een geïmproviseerde daglichtstudio waar hij de mensen uit hun eigen omgeving heeft gehaald en ze portretteert alsof ze bij de schoolfotograaf komen.0Exhibition: Foam - Fotografiemuseum Amsterdam, the Netherlands (12.4.-19.6.2013). 0.
