Summary

This evaluation covered the Regional Programme for Latin America and the Caribbean 2008-2013, implemented by the UNDP Regional Bureau for Latin America and the Caribbean, through its Panama Regional Service Centre. It examined the contributions made to development results through the implementation of regional projects, activities and the complementary technical support services provided to country offices and other national or regional partners. The evaluation report includes findings and conclusions and provides recommendations for improvement. The UNDP management response is included as an annex to the evaluation report.
