The project was a collaboration between the Open Society Initiative for Southern Africa (OSISA), the Open Society Foundations Global Criminal Justice Fund (GCJF), the Open Society Foundation for South Africa (OSF-SA), the University of Western Cape Community Law Centre (CLC), the Paralegal Advisory Service Institute (PASI), the Catholic Commission for Justice and Peace (CCJP), the Centre for Human Rights Education, Advice, and Assistance (CHREAA), and the Centre for Human Rights and Rehabilitation (CHRR). The project was governed by a Memorandum of Understanding with the Malawian Ministry of Justice."
