This publication contains papers from three conferences that took place in 2011, rather than from the 2013 General Assembly of the All Africa Conference of Churches as implied by the title page. (That conference took place in Kampala, Uganda; AACC's headquarters are in Nairobi.) The three conferences were: Part one: a conference of the Association of Theological Institutions in Southern and Central Africa (ATISCA), Johannesburg, South Africa, 2011, a theological response to HIV/AIDS; Part two: a conference of the Association of Theological Institutions in Eastern Africa (ATIEA), Lweza Conference Centre, Kampala, Uganda, 20-23 July 2011, on the theme "A Theological Response to Ethnicity"; and Part three: the 2011 WAATI [West African Association of Theological Institutions] Conference, held at the Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary, Ogbomoso, July 26-28, 2011, on Christian-Muslim relations.
