Summary
This is the first exhibition of its sort to be held in a Latin American institution. This show, which features constructed situations by outstanding international artists, evidences the different ways live works have reached the exhibition space in recent decades. Participating artists include Elmgreen & Dragset [Michael Elmgreen (b. 1961, Copenhagen, Denmark) and Ingar Dragset (b. 1968, Trondheim, Norway)], Dora García (b. 1965, Valladolid, Spain), Roman Ondák (b. 1966, Zilina, Slovakia), Diego Bianchi (b. 1969, Buenos Aires), Pierre Huyghe (b. 1962, Paris), Allora & Calzadilla [Jennifer Allora (b. 1974, Philadelphia, USA) and Guillermo Calzadilla (b. 1971, Havana, Cuba)], Tino Sehgal (b. 1976, London, UK), and Judi Werthein (b. 1967, Buenos Aires)
