- A masterly new biography of Thomas Muntzer by a leading historian of the revolutionary Reformation movements. Controversial and complex, without an understanding of Thomas Muntzer it is impossible to gain a full understanding of the Reformation. Hitherto Muntzer has been imperfectly understood.
