- Summary
- The first individual exhibition in Rio de Janeiro of one of the most prominent contemporary artists in Argentina. Under the curatorship of the critic Santiago Navarro, the exhibition comprises a selection of 103 works (drawings, paintings and installations) made since 2000 by Matías Duville (Buenos Aires, 1974). His artistic production is constructed around a recurrent four images-structuring idea: mutation, shelter, storm and imaginary. His artwork is part of the collections of the Museum of Modern Art-MoMA in New York, at the Patricia Cisneros Foundation (New York), Fundacion Arco (Spain), Museo de Arte Latino Americana de Buenos Aires - Malba, the Tate Modern, among others.
